Moneycope focuses on making sure our customers receive the best services and we welcome all feedback from you. We take care that all complaints are taken with utmost concern and resolved at the earliest.

Making a Complaint!

Most complaints arise due to misunderstandings and confusion which can be resolved easily. If you would like to make a complaint please call us on 020 3833 0330  or email us at customercare@moneycope.com

All complaints are handled by our Complaints Department who will investigate the matter at hand. Complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days upon receipt of the original complaint.

We aim to reply to you within 15 working days with a resolution. If for any reason we need any additional information during that time, or we think it may take longer than 15 working days to reach a resolution we will contact you and let you know.
